Before calculating the month's rota, click "Auto-Generate 1-Month Rota" to review each staff member's designated shift (Night, Early, Late, Flexible) and log any pre-booked annual leave or sickness.

Shifts are paced evenly week-by-week so contracted carers reach their weekly targets consistently. Rest between consecutive shifts must be at least 11 hours (e.g. no Late-to-Early or Night-to-Day turnarounds).

Set your home's standard start day in Shift Settings (e.g. 11th to 10th for payroll cycles), or select any start date via the date picker anytime.
